The Tapestry House is one of my favorite Venues
A historic mansion serves as the getting ready area for couples at this venue, and it's just beautiful. Polished wood, period suited wallpaper and furniture...what more can you ask for? Tom and Erin, at long last after Covid delayed their wedding twice, got married here on a November afternoon
What makes for good pictures?
Being relaxed as you can be makes for the best pictures, and that's what Erin and Tom were this day. High school sweethearts, this day was a culmination of years of relationship growth. It was a party from the beginning til end, family and friends gathered to usher this couple into the next stage of their life. You can tell by their smiles that the were just enjoying the day, and each other.
The sunlight fades fast in November...
But since I've got skills, that posed no problem, from the cutting of the cake, to the dances, to the bubble exit at the end of the night, they just enjoyed their family and friends all around them, and I did my best to capture it in a manner befitting the day.
